siberhelp was founded in 2004, by Simon Treadgold. Simon is currently studying Law/Commerce at UWA, but computing has always been a love of his and he hopes to complete a post-graduate Computer Science degree at some point. His two personal projects are currently becoming proficient in Linux – Command Line of course! (Ubuntu is his favourite flavour) and improving his PHP and SQL, working with CakePHP and MySQL.

siberhelp offers a wide range of hardware and software services. We specialize in web sites (including deisgn, hosting, set up, management and maintenance) and networking. However, we are happy to consider any computer job and we always stand by the policy of No Fix = No Fee. Drop us an e-mail let us know what we can do for you. siberhelp’s standard business hours are Monday – Friday 9:30-4:00pm, other times are by appointment.

siberhelp’s standard fees are $75 for the 1st half hour (inclusive of call-out). Labour, Half Hourly Rate $40. Fees for specialist & large volume jobs can be negotiated.
